ADC34J45: Test Pattern not working well

Hi,

I'm trying to test the JESD204B SerDes  of ADC34J45 using the test pattern feature.

I set register 0x06 with 0x02, and tried several option according to data sheet:

0x0A,0x0B Datasheet Measured
0x11 All 0's OK
0x22 All 1's OK
0x33 Toggle OK
0x44 Digital Ramp Not OK, got counter from bit 1 not from bit 0
0x66 Deskew Pattern 0x3AAAA Not OK, Got 0x2AAAA

is this means that I have SerDes timing issues or that the ADC test pattern works like this.
