Do you have a min/max data of "output impedance" as below? (TYP is 400ohm)

I'm not aware of any output impedance data for the VBIAS lines in the ADS1248. It is likely that this impedance comes from the multiplexer switches at the input of the device and has a very large variance, especially over temperature,
