Hi all

Would you mind if we ask ADS1299EEGFE-PDK and software ADS1299EEG-FE?

The description which is SLAU443B shows as follows;
"Microsoft® Windows® XP operating system with SP2 (Windows Vista and Windows 7 are NOT supported at this time"

Our customer would like to use this software and EVM with Windows 7 32bit or 64bit.
Is it possible? If you have some advice, could you let us know?

The ADS1299EEGFE-PDK works on Windows 7. We will make a note to update the User Guide.

Thank you for your reply.

We could not start program correctly.
There is the message as follows;
Message : An error occured with error code1 XXXXXX / ADC1299EVM_MAin.vi<APPEND> C : UsersXXXXX\Documents\sds1299\saved
Does it requried to install Labview software in advance?
We checked windows 7 with 32bit and 64bit, however in the both case, it shows the same message.

Hi Matsumoto-san,

I believe the program is complaining that the specified folder does not exist: "C : UsersXXXXX\Documents\sds1299\saved." Please verify that there is a folder called "saved" under that directory and that the folder above "saved" is spelled correctly ("ads1299" not "sds1299"). The installer should have created those folders, but if they are not there, you can simply create the folder and name it yourself. Sorry for the confusion.

We apologize that my misspelling make you confuse.

Actual folder name, the folder name is "C : UsersXXXXX\Documents\ads1299\saved.".
So, if you have some advice, could you let us know?

Hello Matsumoto-san,

Please confirm that the folder exists in Windows Explorer. If the folder is not at that location, please make a new folder called "saved."

Alternatively, you can try uninstalling the ADS1299EEGFE-PDK software and reinstall using "Run as Administrator."

Not "C: Program Files (x86)"...

Please go to "C : UsersXXXXX\Documents\ads1299\saved".

We think that it depens on OS.
