ADS62P15: Screening and Qualification Tests Information

Part Number: ADS62P15

Hello, my name is Gabriel and I work at TEKEVER, Portugal.
We are currently using the referred component in a space intended project.
Given the nature of our application, we are required to qualify every component according to standards.
However if you have already performed any test on any of these components it would be most valuable and time saving for us to have knowledge of those tests, which include, for example:
- Preconditioning + HAST or THB
- C-SAM inspection
- Thermal Cycling / Shock
- Lifetest

The test conditions are not important, so if you have done any of these tests or other kinds of tests that may comply to any MIL-PRF or STD, it would be most helpful in our qualification process.

Keep in mind that we are aware that some components may not be specific for space applications, however the mission in which these components will be part of, is going to provide a controlled temperature and radiation environment, thus the use of commercial components being allowed.

Thank you and best regards.

  • Hi Gabriel,

We do offer a line of space/radiation hardened and QML data converters. Please see  and

for more information in regard to these products.

It seems as though you may be interested to know if any of the tests you have mentioned were performed on some of our catalog parts (like the ADS52P15)? Please see what the datasheet includes for one of our QML-SP parts.

The first few points under features are space related qualifications,

and further insight into testing of specific standars are available.

Additionally, our catalog parts do go through some testing, like you mentioned, and this data can be made available upon request.

    Best Regards,

    Dan

  • First of all thank you for your response.
I'm aware that TI provides space qualified components, however what TEKEVER needs at the moment is to qualify the ones we already have, including the ADS62P15.
The information I'm looking for is exactly the one on the last table of your post, applied to this specific component of course.
If you could make that information available it would be most valuable.

    Best regards,
    Gabriel
  • Gabriel,

My name is Jay Xia, CQE for ADS62P15. Below table is the information you are looking for

  • Jay,
It seems the file / table you posted may be corrupted, as I can't see it or open it, could you maybe repost it?

    Thank you for your support,
    Regards
  • Hi Gabriel,

I have sent you the table in an email that has listed the quaification tests.
