Request for Thermal parameter info of ADC124S051

Dear Team,

We are using the below part in one of our project.

In order to conduct the thermal analysis we need thermal parameter specifications.

but we did not  get the thermal parameter (RθJA, RθJC, RθJB) for the below parts in respective datasheet.

Part Numbers:

ADC124S051CIMM/NOPB

Requesting TI E2E community to help us.

    We don't have the thermal information on this device readily available, but I have reached out to the team that determines the thermal parameters. They'll get back to me with the information, but it may take a week or two.

    Hi Divya,

    I've received the following thermal values. Note that we've refined our thermal modelling since this part was first developed so the Theta JA value provided below is different from the value provided in the datasheet.

    Theta JA: 170.1 C/W
    Theta JC: 67.6 C/W
    Theta JB: 91.6 C/W
