I am designing a project that uses a digital potentiometer with a board that only accepts DIP format ICs. Does I have any digital potentiometer ICs in a DIP format?

Hi Andy,

We do not offer any DPOTs in a dip package, but the TPL0401A is available in the SC70 package. You should be able to find small adapter boards to convert to a DIP-8 packages.

You can see examples of these boards in the DIP-ADAPTER-EVM from TI.

Is it possible to order it from TI already soldered to the DIP-ADAPTER-EVM board?

TI does not sell that. Though manually soldering this package should not be terribly difficult in small quantities.
