The following register configuration is correct?
     i2c Address: 0xB8
     HDMI_WriteI2C_Byte_5150 (0x03,0x29);

    I am not sure I understand the question fully?

    The ITU-656 output will match the format of the analog input video, which can be any of the following...

    NTSC (J, M, 4.43), PAL (B, D, G, H, I, M, N, Nc), and SECAM (B, D, G, K, K1, L)

    The output format can also be configured for ITU-601
