Dear Jim / Team,
I have a customer who purchased two EVMs of the ADC12J4000EVM.
He has worked with them in the past however wasn't able to connect to them lately using the new GUI.
After spending some time trying to figure out why the GUI isn't connecting to it we've noticed the note on the EVM user guide p.22 requesting to download the FT_PROG software and check the product description is ADC12J4000_A0.
In our case the product description was ADC12J4000_E0.
After changing the product description to ADC12J4000_A0 the software was able to find and connect to the EVM however the temperature readings were incorrect showing 127degC.
Can you please advise what are the differences between the ADC12J4000_E0 and the ADC12J4000_A0 ?
In addition, we were also unsuccessful to connect to the board with the HSDC Pro. Can you please advise if there's any special configuration file we should use ?
