ADS131A04EVM: How to automate the software process

I am able to collect data for 60s from all the four channels using the Evaluation Software. Once data is collected, I save the data into a file by pressing the save button. 

Is there someway in the software, which can automate this procedure ?  I can see an option to save the script, but I cant save the data.

    Hi Anand,

    Unfortunately there is not a direct way to auto save the data once collected.  You must use the manual method from the Data Analysis window.  There is no way to do this from the scripting window.  

    The scripting process should have probably been called something different as it is more like pseudo code to show how to setup the device (such as the ADS131A04) for various different operating scenarios.  Although there is some expanded functionality using the scripts, it was never developed to allow for direct data collection or external processing.

    Thanks for the comment. Is there any Keyboard shortcut to start to collect the data after opening the Data Analysis window.
    I can make a script to automate the keyboard strokes.

    Hi Anand,

    When the GUI was originally developed, the thinking wasn't that far advanced and there are no keyboard shortcuts implemented. There are a number of things we should have done differently in retrospect.
