I am trying to simulate Figure 99, which shows a circuit of the input impedance of ADS62P49.
I would expect to get results that are correspond to: Figure 100 and Figure 101, but I seem to be way off.

Can you remove the Balun, place a differential source directly across INP and INM as shown in figure below?
Then if you measure current from voltage source and find out impedance, you will see it as shown in figure below (represented impedance as Parallel combination of R (in kohms) and C(in pF) ). Equations to measure R and C are shown in simulation deck above (zoom to top-left side of the figure).
This matches with what is shown in datasheet.
