ADC121S101-Q1: Non-Linearity information for 5V supply range

Hello

 

My question is, for the ADC121S101-Q1, what is the value for INL and DNL, considering power supply ranges up to 5V? The datasheet shows only these values up to 3.6V, but I am working with 5V and need INL and DNL for this power supply range.

    Welcome to our e2e Forum! Take a look at Figures 7 and 8 in the ADC121S101-Q1 datasheet. Those characterization curves cover INL and DNL at 5V operation with various clock frequencies. Please do let us know if there is anything else we can do to help you.
