ADS1298R: Suggestion for Protection Resistor Value

Hello,

We are developing our ECG.In that, we have kept MAX30034 IC for Defibrillator protection. I have attached doc of that schematic page for your Reference. Can you Suggest Values for all Resistors highlighted in the schematic?

I was also wondering if you can suggest some application note or reference for defibrillator use with ADS1298R?

Hi Keval,

We try to stay away from recommending component values for patient protection as that enters into the realm of 'end equipment' which is outside our expertise. The ruling IEC/FDA, etc regulations are going to provide you guidance with how much current you need to limit to the patient. Our defibrillation expert is out till Monday next week, so he may have some insight for you. If i come across any specific app note/reference design in the meantime, I will let you know.
