ADS1118-Q1: ADS1118-Q1 Accuarcy ADC data

Part Number: ADS1118-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ADS1148-Q1, ADS1118

Dear Precision data converters team

Can I get information about ADC data which is error arragne when changes temperatures?

I can't search it on ADS1118-Q1 datasheet.

Best Regards

Gerald.

  • Gerald,

This is basically the same question about the ADS1148-Q1 you asked me several days ago:

The offset drift is typically 0.002 LSB/°C (for FSR = ±2.048V) and the gain drift is typically anywhere from 7ppm/°C to 5ppm/°C depending on the FSR. Both specifications are listed in the Electrical Characteristics Table on page 5 of the datasheet.

The only difference is that the ADS1118 has an internal reference. Any reference drift appears as gain error drift because the reference cannot be measured separately from the ADC.
