My customer is using ADC128S for our flight Instrument.
As per datasheet, regarding Power Supply Sequence, it is mentioned, Analog Supply (VA) must ramp up before or concurrently with Digital Supply (VD). Also mentioned the digital supply (VD) cannot exceed the analog supply (VA) by more than 300 mV.
In the application we are not able to maintain that, In our circuit digital supply (VD) is ramping before Analog Supply (VA) by worst case 200 ms.
In our application, during Instrument power on It happens once (Digital supply (VD) is ramping before Analog Supply (VA) by worst case 200 ms) and remaining time it has been taken care that digital supply (VD) does not exceed the Analog supply (VA) by more than 300 mV.
There may be number of times Instrument On and Off but only during Ont.
