Please provide the ADC IC part with the below parameters.

Operated with dual supply +5V and -5V

With Single ended input channel.

sampling rate =10-50 msps

12bit ADC

We do not have any dual supply devices in the high speed converters portfolio. You might try to reach out to the precision folks.

Can it is possible to get dual supply Precision ADC with the sampling rate of minimum 10-50ksps ?
Please suggest me.

ADS8634 -4 channel
Do we get the similar part with 2 channel inputs ?
Please support us to finding the 2# channel ADC part.

Hi Divya,

I'm sorry for the delay here, the ADS8364 does not have a 2-channel option. You can leave unused channels connected to VREF in this case.
