Part Number: TSW14J56EVM
Cannot get the firmware for my combination of TSW14J56EVM and ADS54J60EVM boards to download.
Although the High Speed Data Capture(HSDC) software recognizes the TSW14J56EVM board, it can not download the firmware for use with the ADS54J60EVM.
Because of this, the HSDC software cannot interface with the boards.
Note**
I am using a USB connection.
I was on the phone with customer support, helping me step through the user guide step-by-step. It was confirmed all steps were followed properly and it was determined the board(s) may be defective.
