I purchase a TSW1400 about 40 day ago from mouser and have now discovered an issue with I lower data transfer rate of 600 mbps just on channel 1, the unit works fine at the 900 mbps rate

I swapped out the unit with unit we purchased 2 years ago and that works fine. I am using the unit with the AWR1243 board eval kit and the Radio Studio software.

What else do I need to supply to get approved for return and replacement of this card.

Sorry about the delay.

Can you double check that the 5V power supply for the TSW1400EVM can supply at least 4A current. If not please upgrade the supply and try testing the new TSW1400EVM with the AWR board to see if the behavior changes.

If the behavior is unchanged I agree the new TSW1400EVM has some issue and should be returned.

Yes the board is connected to a 5 amp lab supply, I did notice when I took the card outside, about 50 F , the Ch 1 started working expectantly at 600 mbps. but when I brought the equipment back inside 70F the problem re appeared.
Want is the process to Fix or exchange, the board SN is KS114998-TSW1440

It sounds like there is some performance or intermittent issue with the newer TSW1400EVM you received. I authorize you to return it.
