Hi,

Just a confirmation about the EVM,
does ADS8353EVM-PDK comes with an AC adapter for 5V supply?

    Hi Paddu,

    The ADS8353EVM-PDK evaluation kit powers up using the USB connection to the PC; and includes an on-board analog +5V supply, therefore it does not require (nor include) an AC adapter.

    The controller in the evaluation kit connects to the PC USB port, and generates a +5.5V supply, which is then sub-regulated to +5V using a low noise linear regulator in the ADS8353EVM daughter board.

    Please refer to the Power Supplies Section (Section 4, p.9) and the schematic (Section  7, p.35) of the ADS8353EVM-PDK Users Guide.
