PGA970: PGA970 - PGA970EVM - Memory

Hello TI team,

I'm working with the evaluation board of the PGA970, the PGA970EVM and i use the PGA970 GUI to configure PGA970 registers.

So, firstly i would like to generate a sin wave, for this i use the waveform generation and i click on "Populate Waveform Table" to fill up the table and then i click on "Write" to write this data in the memory. Then i generate the signal with "Generate" button, and i've nothing in the output.

I would like to know how we can have an access to the memory dedicated to the waveform, the WAVEFORM MEMORY, to verify the contains of it.

I verified the contains of FRAM and DEVRAM and i've nothing on it.

Hi Bonkhal,

Have you enabled all the analog power to the device? Please make sure your settings are configured as shown below:

The VREF Buffer, Analog power, and VCM Enable must be turned on.

Yes, i have the same configuration, as you can see it below :

Then, i look at what i have on P1A and P2A output, i have this :

We can see that i have the same thing on P1A and P2A, it's normal because on the J2 and J7, jumpers are between pin 1 and 2, to have P1A and P2A amplified.

But, i don't think it's what we want to obtain.
