I want to know the environment factor used to find the FIT rate for ADS42LB69. Kindly clarify it . In TI FIT rate calculator, no environment condition is specified.

I think the MTBF/FIT supporting data has the conditions. If there is some other requirement let me know and we will try to find it.

Yes, I already reffered the table. The table provides only the temperature condition. But while calculating MTBF, there is a factor called Pi E which is the environment factor as per MIL standard. So can you provide clarification on that.
