Hello TI,
I am working on testing ADC TLC5510,I have done the all setup properly. And the digital data from D1-D8 is proper with respect to my analog input voltage. I verified by giving few DC values. But as per the data sheet I have to get VOH as min of 4.5V if we set VDDD= 5V. But I am seeing 0.88V whenever I expect logic 1 from D1-D8. Once more thing I observed that as per datasheet 130mW is the max power based on this 27mA has to take the VDD when we apply 5V, But it is taking more i.e 50mA to maintain 5V on VDD domain. If I give <30mA the VDD is maintaining at 3V something like that.
I made all setup like 1uF and 0.01uF for both analog and digital supply domain and also shorted both analog and digital grounds with ferrite bead.
Please help me suggest the reason why we are getting 0.88V on D1-D8 pads instead of >4.5V for logic one data.
