DEARS.

The TSW1400 is well connected to the my PC.

I use Window 7 64bit.

The board and GUI are not connected.

I downloaded the GUI from TI WEB.

File name is "sdac113b".

USB Status of GUI does not work.

How can I get EVM to work?

Henry,

Is the EVM configured for serial SPI mode? See the User's Guide to verify this. Did you try running the GUI as system administrator?

I tried what you said but there is no board connection.
Why can not I connect? Is EVM bad?

Henry,

If you still cannot connect to the board, work with your distributor on getting a replacement board. I will approve of this if needed by them.

I confirmed everything in the Guide.
I will apply for EVM at TI KOREA.
