The DAC3484 max sampling frequency is 1.25 GHz. which is too low to transmit at 6 GHz.
What is the application you are asking for. We know the RF output range you're looking for but what are some other parameters and constraints such as desired interface, number of channels, etc.

Yes, I have looked into but the thing is they are taking more than 2W and our target is less than 2W. That's why we can't consider these...
As we are going to RF amplifier at output. But power dissipation of DAC should be less that 2W or around 1.5W
