ADS54J60: Offset,Noise level & Test calibration .

Hi Team,

I am using ADS54J60 in one of my project.

i have RF receive channel where in chain block,i am using LNA,VGA ,IQ Demodulator,Anti aliasing Filter & ADC(ADS54J60).

I just want to conform test procedure for ADC when our IQ Demodulator is Disable.

ie i want to calibrate noise level,offset when no input is applied to ADC.

Can you tell me the steps or procedure for this??

Shivakant,

There is no calibration feature in this part. If you plan on using signals at DC, then there is a dc offset correction function that you will need to disable and turn back on depending on your mode of operation. More information regarding this can be provided if needed.
