Hi team,

I have got an inquiry from my customer, in as below.

- Could you please provide the histogram /w standard deviation value for some specs; at least, offset error, full scale error, and its temperature coefficient.

- Does the R3 resistor temp coefficient value 40ppm/C shows only positive temp coefficient (not including negative coefficient)?

Could you please answer to the above questions, in order for my customer to do double-check.

Hi Iwata,

With regard to the temperature drift of R3, I have confirmed that it is positive temperature coefficient. Figure 40 in the datasheet is correct and R3 should be around 40ppm/C as shown in the histogram.

I am still working on providing the histogram of offset error and full scale error. I will keep you updated.
