Hi Avi,

Please use DAC5675A instead of DAC5675 for your design as DAC5675 is not recommended for new design.

The thermal information is provided in section 7.4 Thermal information section of DAC5675A datasheet. Please use the foot note(1) SPRA953 Semiconductor and IC package thermal metrics and max ambient temp for DAC5675A( +85 °C) to calculate the max junction temp of the device.

My question is not what is the actual junction temperature, but what is the absolute maximum junction temperature. Generally it is defined in the absolute maximum ratings in the data sheet. Generally it is equal to storage temperature.

Hi Avi,

This is an older device and the maximum junction temperature is not specified in the datasheet. But you could use the max Operating free-air temperature(Ta = +85 degree c) from the datasheet and back calculate the maximum junction temperature using the thermal information in the datasheet.
