Hello,

I have a problem the TSW14J56EVM board.
It used to continue, but today I found errors "DDR file reading error".
I tried to switch different FMC ADC cards but the same result.
 

I have ADS54J66 and ADS54J60 .

Firmware download is fine, any comment to how to fix this problem?

    Kiman,

    Make sure the 5V power supply used by the TSW14J56EVM can source at least 4A. If the ADS54J60 is also using the same supply, make sure it can source 6A. If this is not the issue, can you send the status of the LED's on the ADC boards when this happens?

    Hi Jim,

    Yes your right, we increases the PS limit current.
    It's working now, thanks a lot!

    ADS54J60 is 1 Gsps 16-bit resolution, but datasheet page29 shows the Default 14-bit data(at 625 MHz).
    This means not real 16-bit ADC resolution at 1 Gsps?

    Kiman,

    That is a typo in the data sheet. It should say 16 bit 1GSPS. This will be corrected in the next release of the data sheet.
