ADS58H43: Specs questions about the ADS58H43

Hi team,

My customer find the sensitivity of ADS58H43 is low when they do the Temperature Cycle Test and the problem happen in low temperature.

1. Please help to comment the possible cause for the issue.

1. Can you help to provide the typical and minimum of the sensitivity?

2. Can you help to provide the value of Noise floor? 

I can't find the specs in the datasheet.

    I do not understand the question related to sensitivity. Is this the noise floor or noise spectral density? If so, for this device it is not so straight forward as the device is operating in 11-bit mode with SNRboost. SNRboost yields good spectrum in a limited BW and consequently poor spectrum outside that BW.

    You can reference the datasheet for the SNR numbers at a given input frequency and SNRboost BW for a signal at -1 dBFS to calculate the effective noise floor of the ADC under those conditions. Note, as input power is backed off , the noise floor will reduce until its thermal noise floor limit is reached. I do not have the thermal noise floor data readily available.

    I recommend that you acquire an ADS58H43 EVM and you can measure any specific parameters that the customer is interested in under their specific use case.
