Hi we were running with the ADS54J69 for a few weeks, but all of a sudden while still powered on it appears the jesd204b no longer outputted any data. I am currently debugging what might have happened. I have it connected to an Arria 10 FPGA. The FPGA is indicating that the data is out of lock. I verified the sampling clock is good to the ADC. The SysRef is also good. All the voltages are within the recommended allowed. We do the power sequencing required. I am currently in process of coding up to read the registers in the ADC. I see there is a about a 2 V bias still on the IF Input to the ADC. Do you recommend anything to look at as to why the Jesd204b stopped working?
