In general we do not have any problem with the TSW1400 so let us check a few things.
1) Are you using the latest version of HSDC Pro software?
2) What is your converter setup and clock scheme?
3) Can you describe the steps you perform to reproduce the problem?

(1) I use the latest version of HSDC Pro Software. V4.80
(2) I follow the step described in the document "mmWave Sensor Raw Data Capture Using the TSW1400 Board ".

Hi friend,
there are something i met recently, and i found that there are something vague described in "mmWave Sensor Raw Data Capture Using the TSW1400 Board ". in 'sensor config' bar chirp and frame should be configured but the two options showed in the illustration of the document is not configured.

if you configured these options, but still can not collect data, you may repeat to click the 'TSW1400 ARM' and 'Trigger Frame' button. actually, when the first time you trigger frame, the system generally cannot received anything. however when you repeat trigger, it works.
