I also met this question, and I have checked the power mentioned before. But when I checked pin J3 DRDY, I found that it was 500Hz pulse, and it's high level lasts 2us with 3.3V amplitude. and the pin start is 3.3V.

I also measure the OSC1 via jp18_3, it's good, I catch the wave through oscilloscope, and the frequency is 2.048MHz more or less. I do not know what should I do, who can help me?

Thanks for your post!

There are several things that can cause error 6004.

If you're using batteries their voltage may be low. Using the 6V adapter and confirming the voltage on the boards test points for AVDD, AVSS, and DVDD is a good first step.

Please verify correct jumper settings using the EVM user guide: www.ti.com/.../slau443b.pdf

It works well, but I don't know the reason. But I have mentioned one point I make it with win10 OS. It maybe a good news for someone. I just do as the instructions, first to install the ADS1299 software, and then plug the USB wire into the laptop. the most important thing is Disable Driver Signature Verification, and may be without reinstall libusb-win32-bin-1.2.6.0. just install NI_VISA. Some steps would be omitted by simple. At least I am very appreciated for everyone, thank you.
