TLA2024: Calculation of gain error

According to the datasheet, gain error in the electrical char is 0.05% in the condition with VDD=3.3V and FSR = +-2.048V.

1. 

Do you have value of integrated voltage reference?

How to estimate gain error in the condition with VDD=3.3V and FSR = +-4.096V?

Is there way of calculation?

Is there impact of accuracy of VDD to the reference accuracy and gain error?

For example, how to impact for reference accuracy at the VDD= 3.3V +/- 1%?

    Thanks for your question on the TLA2024, I'll answer your questions in the same order you asked them.

    1. The TLA2024 does have an internal reference voltage but it is not brought out to the outside. If it helps, you can can consider it to be a 1.024V reference voltage and any measurements made are based on scaling the capacitive sampling of this reference voltage. This will make the reference appear larger or smaller to get the other ADC ranges (±0.256, ±0.512, ±2.048, ±4.096, and ±6.144). Note that reference error and gain error are the same thing on this device.

    2. The only gain error specification that we provide for this device is that the typical gain error is 0.05% This is listed in the Electrical Characteristics table on page 5 of the datasheet.

    3. Again, we only give a typical gain error for this device. However, the change in gain error vs VDD is rather low. Note that the TLA2024 is similar to the ADS1115 and may have similar characterisitcs.
