ADS8685: How to read the conversion data?

I am having a problem, identifying how to read the conversion data from the ADC. I do understand the procedure for reading and/or writing to any of the defined register of the ADC.

    Hi Ayush,

    At the rising edge of CONVST/CS, the ADC  will initiate a data conversion and sample the analog input signal. The data transfer will start at the falling edge of CONVST/CS signal, the ADC will shift out the converted data at each launch edge of SCLK. The host controller can pulls the CONVST/CS pin high to end the data transfer frame. Please refer to Figure 3 as below (Figure 4-8 for other configurations ).
