2. How to understand the really effect of the setting of SEN1GAIN and SEN2GAIN? Is there some block diagram that can illustrate this?

    Hello,

    Can you please clarify the question? The ICAP_V is automatically set by the positions of the internal switches. It will switch back and forth from 100mV to 3.2V as the capacitor is charged and discharged. The ICAP pin sources current at a voltage 3.2V and sinks current at 100mV. This is described on page 21 of the datasheet in section: 7.2.4.2 ICAP Supply for Capacitive Sensors

    The SEN1GAIN and SEN2GAIN (gain setting for the stage 1 amplifier) are described on page 24 in section: 7.2.7 Stage 1 Gain Block.
