ADS7924: when running SDA line with 3.3V, chip goes onto ground

Hi,

when running the SDA line @ ADS7924 with 3.3V, the chip goes onto ground and fails. Have you seen sth similar already?

Which additional details would you need?

Frederik,

Could you please share with us a schematic of the circuit around the ADS7924?

Are all the power supplies stable? What other devices are connected on the same I2C bus and what transaction is running when this error occurs?

Additionally, if you could share an oscilloscope screenshot of the failing transaction that would help.
