Hi Jim,
If you are able to open a cadence file, the PCB project "design package" can be downloaded from the project page

Thank you for your response Brian.
I am not able to open a cadence file, perhaps the customer can though. Can you show me where that design package is? I have opened everything on the product folder and have not seen a PCB project or a design package.

Sure, from www.ti.com/.../ADC12D1800RFRB
Go to the design files section and download
www.ti.com/.../snac040
Expand the file and navigate to /Layout and Schematics/
Expand adc1xdxxxxrf_rb2_compress.zip
Navigate to /pcb/cadence/adc1xdxxxxrf_rb2_archive
The project is in this location.
