Hi,

Can we program inbuilt ARM controller to run application code. If yes, then please give detailed information for this.

We want to interface PGA970 with an external controller with SPI.

Also provide sample codes for SPI interface with external controller.

Hello,

You can absolutely program the integrated M0 to run application code.

You can find some example firmware for the PGA970 here: www.ti.com/.../sldc016

There is a software quickstart guide here: www.ti.com/.../sldu025.pdf

As well as a more general software development guide here: www.ti.com/.../sldu024.pdf

Keep in mind that the firmware was made using a specific version of the ARM compiler in CCS. Please make sure you are using the correct one. Here is a thread that describes the process to select the proper compiler version: e2e.ti.com/.../2436910
