Hi,

Can anyone tell me precise method for error budgeting for DC measurement? temperature,INL,DNL,Offset,drift, TUE ... How to bring everything on one calculator?

Is anyone having some tool or excel to find out the total DC measurement error over complete temperature range ?

I am using INA226 for current measurement Minimum value is 10ma and Maximum value is 100ma

If you click on the TI Precision Labs - ADC link, you get to a page (training.ti.com/ti-precision-labs-adcs) that includes an 'Error and Noise' section. That should get you going. Feel free to post queries back if there is anything you need additional help with.

Hi Hari,

Did you go over video 3.4 "Calculating the Total Noise for ADC Systems"? Section 1 also has a good video on error analysis, check out video 1.2 "ADC's: AC & DC Specifications..."
