FDC1004: External Noise Shielding Solution Question

Dear TI Team.

I would like to develop a portable solution to check liquid level using FDC1004.

It was verified to check the liquid level.
However, it is not easy to apply by external noise.

Could you give some advice on shielding solutions with portable applications?

Hi Chun,

Have you tried using the shielding techniques in the datasheet and found that they were ineffective? Or did you test your system without any shielding?

I'm check the snoa925 document and test it with Out-of-Phase Counteraction.

Hi Chun,

The Out of Phase Liquid Level Technique will likely be the most effective shielding technique for your application. We also have a general app note about active shielding that you may find helpful.
