ADC12J4000EVM: What do I need to connect the ADC12J4000EVM to an Altera FPGA board STRATIX V?

Hello. I would like to connect the ADC12J4000EVM to Terasic Altera Transceiver Signal Integrity Development Kit, Stratix V GX Edition with SMA cable. Are there any board, connector or other device that I have to purchase to do it?

The signal is coming from a Keysight Arbitrary Wave Generator and the Terasic Stratix V board may receive the digital data from ADC12J4000EVM to process them.

Furthermore, what model of Low-Pass Filter do you recomend before the ADC12J4000EVM?

I don't know any way to easily connect the ADC12J4000EVM to that Altera based board. You would need to find an FMC to SMA breakout board that enables all of the required signals (From ADC you need 8 pairs of JESD204B, FPGA CLK, SYSREF. To ADC EVM you need SYNC_SE) to be connected to the Altera board.
An easier solution would be to use our TSW14J56EVM or an Altera or Xilinx board that has an FMC connector on-board.

I don't see any easy way to connect the TSW14J56EVM to the Terasic Altera Transceiver Signal Integrity Stratix V Development Kit you would like to use.
What is the purpose you are using that development kit. Once you get the ADC data into the development kit what were you planning to do with the data? Do you plan to do some processing of the data? Once the data is processed, will it be output for some purpose? To a PC?

Our research group works with optical communication. We are trying to make a High Speed real time system using OFDM modulation; thus, the receiver needs an ADC in order to drive the digital signal to Terasic Altera Transceiver Signal Integrity Stratix V board. The Altera board will process those data with our own alghorithm. The TSW14J56EVM can be usefull to help in some tests but we need the digital signal from ADC as input for the Altera board.

It would be much easier to interface the ADC12J4000EVM to a board like the Terasic TR5 FPGA Development Kit which has High Pin Count FMC connectors on-board.

I don't see any way to send data from the FMC capture boards normally used with the ADC12J4000EVM to the Terasic Altera Transceiver Signal Integrity Stratix V board.
