ADS7142: Clock performance over narrower temp and voltage spec

Part Number: ADS7142

Hi,

For the ADS7142, under the electrical specs, I’m seeing a very large variation in clock speed period (50 ns TYP versus 110 ns MAX for Time Period for High Speed Oscillator for example).  I assume because it is specified over a wide temperature and voltage range

Can you give us an idea about what the variation would be for TA = 0C to 45C, AVDD=DVDD=1.8V for both THSO and TLPO - specified in the "Internal Oscillator" section of the electrical specs.?

Thanks,

Sal
