ADS54J69: Performance Mode registers

In the ADS54J69 datasheet, registers 39h, 3Ah, and 56h have bit fields labeled "PERF_MODE" but the field description tables do not actually describe what these PERF_MODE bits do. Also, step 3 of the suggested device initialization sequence is titled "Performance Modes", but only says to write 20h to address 59h. Can someone provide some explanation or guidance on the PERF_MODE bit values?

Ben,

Writing to these bits will increase the current of analog input buffer.

In master page 80h, and addresses 39h, 3Ah and 56h we need to write:

Address 39h->data0xC0
Address 3Ah->data0x40
Address 56h->data0x08 -> This means we need to write bit<3> instead of bit<2> specified in datasheet. We are correcting this error in imminent update of datasheet.
