DAC102S085: Pull-up/down resistor requried for DIN, SYNCB and SCLK?

Hi Team,

Does DAC102S085 require pull-up/down resistor for DIN, SYNCB and SCLK?
I didn't see any external pull-up/down resistor in EVM schematic.
Internal pull-up/down resistor already include? Or no issue with direct connect?

Hi Jade,

Thank you for your query. We would recommend a pull-up for /SYNC as it is an actice low signal. Other signals don't need it.

Hi Jade,

As far as I understand it doesn't have either. It is difficult to get the details from the design team as it is a very old part. However, even if it has a pull-up, it will be a weak one and won't load any driver.
