I have a question on the arrangement of register address in TVP5150, in document SLES043A.
I have found that the addresses of registers are not consecutive:
Register
1: 00h
2: 01h
3: 02h
…
16: 0Fh
17: 11h Where is 10h here?
18: 12h
…
22: 16h
23: 18h Where is 17h?
…
29: 1Eh
30: 28h Where are 1Fh to 27h?
This, after all, perhaps is a trivial question if the fact is that these addresses are just reserved. I am just curious on this, and I have checked the lengths of all the register contents and they all appear to be 8 bit, so none of them occupies more than one byte. Are these intermediate “missing” addresses reserved? If not, why the arrangement is not consecutive?
