ADC32RF45: Error When Downloading Firmware

Hi,

The error is displayed if using the following bench setup with ADC32RF45EVM(REV E) & TSW14J56EVM(REV E) and updating the firmware with HSDC Pro 4.90 and ADC32RFxx EVM VERSION 4.1 on windows7 32bits PC , which is "Error 1097 occurred at call library function node /TSW1400.lvlib: 14J56revD_Firmware Details.vi-> TSW1400.lvlib:Frame.vi".
So, could you please tell me this workaround ?

Please double check that the current limit for the TSW14J56EVM power supply is set to at least 3A. We have encountered this error in the past when this supply could not meet the current requirements of the board once the FPGA configuration begins.

Hi Jim-san,

Unfortunately, our customer has already used +5V DC power supply with 5A current limit, so please let me know if you have any ideas about this issue.

Sadanori,

Can you send us the status of the LED's on the TSW14J56EVM when this error message occurs? You may have board that is failing DDR calibration. This will be indicated by LED's D6 and D7 on and D8 off.

Hi Jim-san,

The transient response performance for +5V DC power supply which our customer used was poor.
So, this issue has been closed with changing one to the other power supply.
