AMC1305L25: AMC1305 miss AVDD

Part Number: AMC1305L25

Dear team,

When AMC1305 miss AVDD, DOUT will stay in the obvious level for a long time until have new input.

But during customer's test, they found that DOUT could not hold to "1" or "0", for example, when miss AVDD, DOUT will be 0 as previous status is 0, but it will turn to 1 randomly, could you kindly share if you see same phenomenon?

Thanks.

Best regards,

Sammi

  • Hi Sammi!

Are you toggling AVdd on the AMC1305 to get the output state to change? The output state should not change once AVdd goes away, although ot could take on either a high or low (FS- or FS+) state with each removal of power. The output should hold the last state of the output buffer (see Figure 51 and the text of section 8.4.1).
