ADS1282: Need inputs and outputs parameters not defined on datasheet

Sirs,

I would like to get information on the parameters below on the ADS1282.  Can you provide details on these Inputs and Outputs as they are not listed on the datasheet.

We need to know what the voltages, currents or signal types that each one has.

Signals of interest:

Digital Inputs - CLK, SCLK, DIN  Parameter of interest: C (input)

Digital Outputs - DOUT

Parameter of interest: C (output)

These parameters of interest are not published in the current datasheet.  Please provide feedback on these

    Hi Charles,

    Are you trying to do a signal integrity analysis, or some other kind of analysis?

    For signal integrity, I would reference the ADS1282 IBIS model, located here: http://www.ti.com/lit/zip/sbam093, this will at least tell you typical pin capacitances.

    Also, Table 5.1, the absolute maximum ratings, in the datasheet will tell you the maximum voltages you can safely apply without damaging the device, and the VIH, VIL, VOH, VOL ratings in the Electrical Characteristics table will provide you with the minimum and maximum input and output logic thresholds for digital inputs and outputs, respectively.
