LDC1312: meaning of indicator lights on the EVM

Team, 

My customer is using the LDC1312 EVM to test out different configurations. One of the boards is not working correctly, and LED indicators are not always consistent. Manuals do not say what the meanings of red/green indicator lights are. Can you provide some guidance on what they mean, please?
