FDC2214: The shield design question for FDC2214

Hi team,

The customer has to get how to connect GND to shield for FDC2214 if he uses passive shield. 

He does not know what the shield is for FDC2214. Would you send me a connection connection diagram?

    Hi Mickey,

    If the customer uses a passive shield, his PCB will need a GND layer under the entire area of his sensor and the INxA/INxB traces. Note that this method will decrease the sensitivity of the sensor. He may need to vary the distance between the GND layer and the sensor layer to achieve his required sensitivity.
