Dear friends,

i have chosen ads1243 Ic for my multi data acquisition system. I am in confusing in choosing micro controller. i want a module like it contains micro controller and bluetooth. i am thinking of using arduino BT module. Is there any other module that suits better to my project. please help me friends.

Dushyanth,

To communicate to the ADS1243, you should use a micro-controller with a SPI periperal. You could also bit-bang GPIO ports, but that is a lot of extra coding that is taken care of if you have the SPI periperal. TI has a MSP430-bluetooth evaluation platform and information can be found at:

This micro-controller will have a SPI peripheral.
